1. Make an appointment with us by:
- Pressing the "Make an Appointment" button on our website.

- Messaging us via WhatsApp at +603 - 7457 2890.
- Emailing us at info@picasohospital.com.
2. You are advised to obtain confirmation on your insurance coverage prior to your appointment.
3. On the day of your appointment, please register at the registration counter located on ground floor, level 2 or level 3 (depending on the clinic location).
4. You will then be directed to your consultant’s clinic.
5. Present your appointment card for verification. If this is your first visit, kindly pass your medical reports (if any) to the clinic assistant attending to you.
6. After consultation with your doctor, the clinic assistant will book your next appointment (if required).
7. Payment can be settled at the counter before collecting your medication.

You can pay your bill by cash, debit/credit card or by presenting your GL. Personal cheques are not accepted.
