• This offer is valid until 31 December 2026, unless otherwise stated, and is subject to these Terms & Conditions.
• This offer is applicable only to selected packages or services as specified, and is subject to Hospital Picaso’s assessment, medical advice, and service availability.
• Payment must be made using a Hong Leong Bank Priority Debit Card or any Hong Leong Bank Credit Card, failing which the offer will not be applicable.
• Clients who do not have the physical card must present a valid official Hong Leong Bank Priority status confirmation letter upon registration to enjoy the privileges. If unavailable, please contact your Hong Leong Bank representative for assistance.
• All discounts or privileges will only be applied upon full settlement of the bill, in accordance with Hospital Picaso’s billing and payment policies.
• Clients are responsible for consulting directly with Hospital Picaso regarding the suitability of any health screening or medical package prior to purchase. Advance appointment is required, and failure to comply with booking requirements may result in forfeiture of the offer.
• All services, packages, and bookings are subject to availability and Hospital Picaso’s prevailing policies. Clients shall be responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or additional charges arising from the services provided.
• Hospital Picaso reserves the right to change the terms and conditions.
• A 6% tax charge shall apply to this package for non-Malaysian patients.
