Service Ambassador for Inpatient and Tea Lady for Doctor’s Lounge & Palate Café.
Job Responsibilities
Inpatient:
- Distribute and collect patient’s menu.
- In charge of distribution of food to patient from kitchen to ward, takes patient’s menu order, collect all the trays after meal time; prepare cutleries and tea break and supper.
- Communicate to chef with regards to new admission meal changes and transfers/ discharges.
Palate Café / Doctor lounge:
- Tea lady in Doctor’s lounge (prepare and serve tea, coffee and other refreshment, maintain cleanliness and organization of the lounge, ensure steady supply of cups, utensils and napkins, monitor and report inventory levels to ensure timely restocking).
- Waiter at café (taking order, serving and clearing tables), occasionally need to support when there is functions and meetings.
Job Requirements

Job Summary
- Responsible for accurate and timely transcription, preparation, entry, and organisation of breast imaging diagnostic reports, including mammography, breast ultrasound, breast MRI, and breast instrumentation-related documentation.
- Maintain strict patient confidentiality and support clinical report workflows.
Job Responsibilities
- Transcribe and type breast imaging radiology reports dictated or provided by radiologists with high accuracy and correct medical terminology.
- Format and prepare reports according to departmental clinical standards and BI-RADS reporting structure.
- Enter finalised reports into PACS, RIS, or the Hospital Information System (HIS) within the required turnaround time.
- Ensure spelling, grammar, report layout, and clarity are error-free before submission for radiologist verification.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information and comply with Hospital Picaso’s data protection policies.
Job Requirements
- SPM or Diploma in Medical Administration or a healthcare-related field.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in radiology transcription (breast imaging) or typing/administrative work.
- Medical transcription or healthcare documentation certification would be an added advantage.
- Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Familiarity with medical terminology.
