Job Responsibilities
Inpatient:
- Distribute and collect patient’s menu.
- In charge of distribution of food to patient from kitchen to ward, takes patient’s menu order, collect all the trays after meal time; prepare cutleries and tea break and supper.
- Communicate to chef with regards to new admission meal changes and transfers/ discharges.
Palate Café / Doctor lounge:
- Tea lady in Doctor’s lounge (prepare and serve tea, coffee and other refreshment, maintain cleanliness and organization of the lounge, ensure steady supply of cups, utensils and napkins, monitor and report inventory levels to ensure timely restocking).
- Waiter at café (taking order, serving and clearing tables), occasionally need to support when there is functions and meetings.
Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM or equivalent study background.
